Title: Implementation AdvisorClient: Bank of AmericaLocation: 100% onsite in Dallas, TXSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmPay: $28/hourDuration: 6 month contract to hireRole Overview:Global Treasury Fulfillment - supporting large commercial clients, large corporate clients and small/medium size business who utilize Bank of America for their treasury services. The Implementation Advisor is the first point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with new account openings, account closures, or helping new/existing customers to onboard to a particular product or service within the Bank of America treasury portfolioManage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible itemsCreate a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicableReceive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partnersConduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiriesUtilize the various bank systems to support clients requests.Required Skills:Client focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident mannerExcellent communications skillsAbility to work under pressure in a team environmentAbility to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgroundsSelf-motivated and able to work unsupervisedTech Savvy - good with computers, typing skills, and can pick up on/navigate new systems and applications quicklyPrevious Client Services experiencePreferred Skills:Financial experience - mortgage, loan processing, or banking backgroundsTreasury experience - knowledge of Treasury Products/Services or Legal DocumentationHIGHLY organized - uses tools such as calendars, email flags, OneNote, Excel, etc. to prioritize and get the job done efficientlySolid tenure - need reliable candidates who are committed to long term and building/growing their career with BofA (this is contract to hire position)Ability to build rapport with clients but you will be working A LOT with internal customers (internal sales teams, backend processing teams, QA, Implementation Advisors
