We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This pivotal role will drive recruitment efforts across field and non-field positions, ensuring we meet staffing demands with high-quality talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. From recruiting EMTs and Nurses to Communications and HR professionals, your impact will be felt across the organization.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including field-based and critical non-field positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process that aligns with Royal Ambulance's culture and values.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment for Clinical and Non-Clinical RolesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage hiring for field-based roles (EMTs, Nurses, Paramedics) and non-field positions (Communications, FP&A, Revenue Cycle, Human Resources, and Operations), ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both permanent and temporary/event-based roles, including high-profile deployments like Burning Man.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct screenings, interview scheduling, and coordinate interviews and offers.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.Gather feedback post-process to continuously improve the candidate journey.Recruitment Strategy & ReportingTrack and report key recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve processes.Share regular updates with hiring managers on open requisitions and pipeline status.Propose and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementPartner with hiring managers to create clear job descriptions and candidate profiles.Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.Participate in cross-functional meetings to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.Talent Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and maintain a network of quality candidates for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.Represent Royal Ambulance at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to boost employer branding.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree preferred ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or high-demand industries.Proven ability to recruit for both clinical/field-based and non-clinical roles.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and role requirements for EMTs, Nurses, and Paramedics.Expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality results.Why Join Us?Play a vital role in shaping the future of Royal Ambulance's workforce.Be part of a mission-driven organization committed to excellence in patient care and employee experience.Enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.Access competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.Ready to Help Us Build an Extraordinary Team?Apply today and be part of a company that values people and purpose.
