AMG is working with boutique law firms in Downtown Los Angeles in their search fro Associate Attorneys to assist with growing caseload. These Associates will work within the firm's Labor & Employment practices and are looking for those with experience within that practice area.Ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling Labor & Employment from the employer side, the majority of their practice being single-action cases for wrongful termination/harassment. Additional experience within class action and PAGA matters are valuable but not required and should not be the sole focus of L&E experience. Previous experience representing public entities is also a plus.Attorneys will work with senior level and partners on full case load at each stage of litigation. Law and motion, case strategy, appearances/oral arguments, and discovery will all be regularly tasked.
