The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure optimized processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines. Responsibilities include managing production staff, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and freight carriers, shipping orders on time and maintaining production standards.QualificationsExperience in production management, inventory control, and supplier managementKnowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practicesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independentlyExperience in the pet industry or a related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a relevant field
