Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for creating captivating in-store displays that align with the brand's image and positioning. Your role will involve staging products and services to encourage customer purchases, implementing visual guidelines and collaborating with various departments to create a seamless shopping experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's visual identity, ensuring it is consistently aligned with Printemps' merchandising standards and the seasonal collections.Key Responsibilities:Product & Display Setup:Curate and stage products for in-store displays, ensuring alignment with Printemps' aesthetic and seasonal themes.Implement window displays, podiums, and in-store visuals as per installation guidelines.Collaborate with sales teams to effectively display product collections and promotions.Team Collaboration & Training:Provide guidance to sales staff on maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring displays stay fresh and engaging.Customer Experience & Store Presentation:Ensure a visually appealing and accessible shopping environment by maintaining organized and clean spaces.Set up promotional signage and displays to support sales initiatives.Operational Compliance:Ensure displays meet safety and accessibility standards and comply with Printemps' visual merchandising guidelines.Qualifications:Proven experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related field.Strong creative and artistic abilities with an eye for design and detail.Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into visually compelling displays.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards.Strong understanding of product presentation and visual merchandising best practices.Printemps does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position.
