Position Summary: Drive growth in the restoration industry by building strategic, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. This role focuses on positioning the company as a preferred vendor for cleaning, restoration, and reconstruction services, while managing relationships with existing clients and referral sources.Key Responsibilities:Generate nationwide opportunities for large commercial projects.Cultivate local market opportunities and manage a pipeline of prospects.Use networking, trade shows, and sales calls to engage with new clients.Develop partnerships with contractors and expand services with current accounts.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure our company is the preferred vendor for all services.Attend industry events to enhance brand awareness and market presence.Maintain regular customer contact to foster long-term relationships.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure project success.Coordinate with Project Managers for timely collection of payments.Engage with industry associations to access potential clients and partners.Stay informed about project status to provide updates to customers and referral sources.Performance Competencies:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.Effective time management and project coordination.Decision-making skills with an ability to anticipate consequences.Consistently punctual, responsive to feedback, and committed to excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.4-5 years of experience specifically in construction and/or restoration, with a proven sales/marketing track record.Comprehends the "big picture." Determines opportunities and threats. Is comfortable contributing to the strategic plan and future direction for the organization.Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong mathematical and project planning skills.
