We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic sports ticket sales company. This key role involves managing office functions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates discretion, and has a strong interest in major league sportsResponsibilities:Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.Manage calendar and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met across departments.Develop and refine office processes to improve operational efficiency.Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding, maintaining training materials, and managing team documentation.Coordinate with U.S. and Philippines-based teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.Prepare and distribute office updates, announcements, and performance reports.Plan and facilitate team meetings, tracking and following up on action items.Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar leadership role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with office technology and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.Proactive problem-solver with a proven ability to take initiative.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Experience coordinating cross-functional or remote teams is a plus.Must have strong Slack experience.
