C++ Software Engineer - Remote Opportunity!

Telos Alliance has immediate opportunity for a Software Engineer to join their growing staff. This is an exciting opportunity to develop software for new and existing embedded and virtual platforms and products for a global leader in audio broadcast technology.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with C++ development in a Linux environment.This is a 100% remote / work from home opportunity.Responsibilities:Responsible for coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process.Work from specifications provided independently and with minimal supervision by the Product Manager and Project ArchitectContribute to specific knowledge areas for a product or system architectureDevelop tools, applications, and librariesParticipate in all aspects of the software life cycle, including analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, documentation, and supportPerform validation and verification testing, including test plans and automated testing designRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience with C++ software development on LinuxProficiency in and TypeScriptLinux-based development and deployment, including custom buildroot developmentGood communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teamsPreferred Skills:Experience with git and issue tracker and management tools like Redmine or AtlassianProficiency with RUST, React, Python, other languagesKnowledge of container-based deployment technologies (Docker, etc.)Experience with audio and video technologies a plusAbout Telos Alliance:For three decades, the brands of the Telos Alliance have revolutionized radio and television by pioneering disruptive, cutting-edge audio technology with the goal of helping global networks and local stations produce better programming, improve audience engagement, and bolster ratings.Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, The Telos Alliance is made up of six brands Telos Systems, Omnia Audio, Axia Audio, Linear Acoustic , 25-Seven Systems, and Minnetonka Audio.
