We pride ourselves on our the cohesive work culture and ability to land on the right solutions for each individual client.The IT System Administrator Tier III will be responsible for administration of serves & cloud based solutions, sever as the highest point of escalation on the service desk and assist with projects such as server implementations and cloud migrations.IT System Administrator Tier III Responsibilities:Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, SQL etc.Support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-VTechnical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securityAdminister hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies that meet their requirements.Advanced support and implementation of our backup and disaster recovery solutionsRemote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and CitrixMonitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review.Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructureCommunication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.IT System Administrator Tier III BenefitsSalary $85,000 - $95,000Certification reimbursementEducation assistance and reimbursementMedical, Dental, Vision health coverage401k and match4 weeks PTO
