With a strong background and passion for performance marketing, the Paid Media Manager will execute campaign strategies, optimize demand generation funnels, and manage client budgets while providing in-depth account analysis and reporting. This role will own their own accounts in addition to directly supporting the paid media leadership team. The Paid Media Manager will work closely with the account management team to develop strategic action plans focused on client objectives. This role also involves collaborating with the creative team, putting your personal touches on clients ads.The ideal candidate is creatively-minded and performance-driven, with a strong ability to collaborate and solve problems. Applicants should have a solid understanding of paid search advertising, particularly in b2b marketing, along with skills in data analysis and performance trends. Experience in developing search marketing creatives and professional experience working with Google Advertising platforms and Facebook/Meta is required. Preferred experience includes working within LinkedIn, Reddit, Bing and YouTube. ResponsibilitiesManage search campaigns A-Z, including building, optimizing, and adjusting search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads to ensure ROI meets client goals Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis and actionable insights based on search performance data to refine strategies and improve resultsDetermine client benchmarking by developing and implementing optimizations to meet client KPI's in the quickest time possible through paid search channelsImprove and enhance existing search and social media processes, innovating new strategies and techniques for better performanceManage and execute on campaigns across multiple channels such as the Google ad network, Facebook/Meta, and othersOwn search strategy and execution for each client, aiming to hit or surpass their goalsCommunicate effectively with your team and clients, staying accountable, highlighting wins and lossesOversee client budgets for search campaigns, advising on adjustments based on performance and overall returnCraft search strategies tailored to client goals and proactively troubleshoot dips in performanceApply knowledge of the marketing funnel to understand where search plays a critical roleBuild, nurture and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, ensuring their needs are metIdentify opportunities for expanding search services and conducting strategic audits to enhance client campaign performanceCollaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop search ad content that aligns with client needsNavigate attribution within partner platforms including Looker Studio and GA4, to assess campaign performance accuratelyOther applicable or related duties as assignedRequirementsB.S./B.A. in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field3-5+ years of experience in paid searchUnderstanding and appreciation for an entrepreneurial environment and the resilience required to succeed Ability to craft search strategies based on client goals and troubleshoot performance issues effectively Strong communication skills with a focus on accountability and transparencyProven ability to build and sustain rapport with multiple clientsHigh level of comfort with search advertising platforms and analytical toolsHigh level of self-accountability to ensure work is done well and team goals are metOperate independently in Google Ads and analytics platforms to optimize search campaign performanceNice to HavesExperience with:HotjarCallRailUnbounceGoogle Tag ManagerGoogle Ads certificationExcel certificationSalesforce / HubSpot experienceAd copywritingBilingual a plus!Make Sure We're Your Kind of CrewThis crew succeeds because we've got each other's backs.
