Therefore the key skills we are looking for are solid communication and relationship building abilities, keeping a cool head if situations get a bit stressful and really owning your role, taking responsibility for your clients and their business success.Summary:The position of Gaming Account Executive is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to our existing game developer and publisher clients.Description:Manage and lead regional business development activities to drive new revenueDevelop prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, events, referrals, various professional directories and personal investigationFoster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, regional organizations, etc.)Formulate a proactive sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsPresent TransPerfect Gaming's solutions via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetings.Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy within the gaming industry in assigned regional marketNegotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clientsEducate prospective and existing clients regarding the full suite of TransPerfect Gaming's solutions offering, as well as formulating and communicating a compelling value propositionDevelop a regional/national account strategy as well as program level strategies to achieve the stated revenue and margin goalsDevelop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect Gaming's AI-enabled technology and consulting servicesEffectively grow existing high-level customer relationships within clientsRequired Skills:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsBetween 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in gaming industryPrevious Account Management experience is beneficial but not essentialInterest in or previous experience in Strategic Business DevelopmentMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalentProven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closingStrong interpersonal skillsProven track record in achieving sales targetsWhy TransPerfect:For more than 25 years, we have honed a culture where all kinds of ideas are shared and new ventures are not only welcomed, but also encouraged.
