You'll be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, and identifying, recruiting, and placing exceptional candidates. This role is a dynamic role that blends exposure to candidates and clients alike. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the bottom line and the lives of the candidates you work with.Sales Responsibilities:Drive RevenueBuild, manage, and nurture relationships with key clients in your target market. Leverage our proprietary candidate acquisition strategy to match the best talent with the right opportunities, driving recurring revenue for the business.Pipeline GenerationDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers, exploring every avenue to grow your client base and ensure a steady stream of opportunities.Sales LeadershipOwn the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, building long-lasting partnerships that drive revenue for Soni.Collaboration with Delivery TeamPartner closely with the delivery team to identify new opportunities, collaborate on candidate placements, and create value for both clients and candidates.Social EngagementActively explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market.
