We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role is 100% on-site and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, managing and enhancing IT systems to support our innovative manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure ManagementDesign, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all IT systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime.Provide IT support services and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.IT Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business goals.Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and deliver effective solutions.Recommend innovative technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.Security and ComplianceMaintain secure and compliant IT systems adhering to industry standards and regulations.Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard against threats and breaches.Oversee data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.Project ManagementLead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.Ensure thorough documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems management.Expertise in managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.Proficient in user account management through Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.Skilled in deploying and managing Cisco Meraki devices, including firewalls, switches, and access points.Knowledge of VPN setup, network segmentation, and traffic shaping policies.Expertise in wireless network optimization and client management using Cisco Meraki solutions.Familiarity with security and compliance policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and email security protocols.Proficiency in cybersecurity practices and tools.Understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and growing IT team.Work on challenging projects that impact cutting-edge manufacturing operations.Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.
