As a Senior QA Analyst, you will be involved throughout the development lifecycle of the team with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of software development and deployment with emphasis on manual test case creation and execution. You will be working closely with developers as they develop code to ensure requirements are being met and to the correct quality, and you will conduct manual tests to ensure the software created is fit for purpose. You will be responsible for creating, executing and managing test cases for various kinds of testing such as functional, end to end, integration and regression. Also, the proper reporting and tracking of bugs. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Key Responsibilities:You will evaluate the functionality, quality and performance of Salesforce applications and customizations.You will execute functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testingTest Validation Rules to ensure data integrity (for example, valid email formats).Verify Workflow and Process Builder automation (for example, email notifications on Opportunity closure)Verify SOQL Queries for accuracy and efficiency in data retrievalCheck accuracy in Reports and Dashboards to reflect real-time dataConduct Integration Testing to ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and external systemsWork as part of cross functional, passionate Agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery.Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps.Peer review test cases and ensure test coverage.Conduct exploratory testingExecute test functional plans manually Creation and maintenance of test data, tools and scripts.Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases.Identifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate.Report bugs and errors to development teams.Work with Automation Engineers to ensure proper Smoke, Regression test suites are built and create required Test Cycle Summary and additional reportingKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required:5-7 years of overall testing experience as a QA engineer supporting enterprise web applications.At least 3 years of experience in UI and API testing Lightning Salesforce applications Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture and concepts is required.Experience with Salesforce Inquiry Management, Deal Management, Profile and Permissions, SF Chat, SF Batch Processes, MCAE Tool, Prospect and Email Marketing, Automation rules is required.Experience with Salesforce Workflow Transformation (WFT), Salesforce Reports testing.Experience with PardotCertification - Salesforce Admin / Platform DeveloperProven experience in writing and executing manual test cases (functional, end to end, integration, etc.)Thorough understanding of SDLC, QA processes in an Agile delivery environment.Excellent working knowledge of testing fundamentals and test case design techniques.Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools (Zephyr for JIRA) to support development processes.Ability to write intermediate to complex SQL scripts to create and manipulate data along with experience in Data migration testing.Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a wide range of people.Employs a collaborative and team orientated approach.Great attention to detail.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.Preferred:Experience with test automation frameworks like AccelQCross-Browser/Mobile device testing using tools such as Sauce Labs/Test Objects, Browser stack or any similar cloud platform.CTFL, ISTQB, CSQA or CSTE certifiedBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer ScienceSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
