This is open for Full time with excellent benefits and Contract Role as well with outstanding growth opportunities.You might really grab our attention if you have:Job description:Knowledge of Cisco's Enterprise Agreement (EA) True Forward processes, policies, and procedures. Hands-on experience with applications such as EAMP, EA workspace, CCW & CCW_R, and a basic understanding of downstream and upstream impacts. Analyze the service install base coverage of customers, understand how True forward charges are incurred, and provide resolutions for disputes. Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfillment/closure. Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes. Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies. Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.
