Project Manager Scrum Master

JustinBradley's client, a leader in mortgage financing, is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their team. The ideal candidate should be aware of the mandatory scrum ceremonies, what they mean and how to facilitate them successfully towards an outcome and how they can bring the team together with the best practices, team building and ensuring that the team morale and the team productivity and predictability is going optimally.Skills:Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies for a team (Standup, Planning, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement & Review/Demo)Tracking and producing key metrics (e.g. commitment, velocity)Skilled at negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictExperience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.Understanding of Product Development practices including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.Knowledge of key agile techniques including SAFe, Kanban, Lean, XP, and ScrumExperience working in a cross functional Agile teamExperience collaborating with stakeholders to refine business requirements and groom features/user storiesSystem and user acceptance testing experience, including creation of test scripts/casesExperience performing analysis of process/system design, data, and answering critical questionsAbility to analyze large quantities of data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataTools:Skilled with JIRA & ConfluenceExperience with video conferencing tools, such as Microsoft TeamsExperience using Microsoft Tools (Planner, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)Skilled in SQLMinimum Required Experiences:Bachelor degree or equivalentDesired Experiences:1-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master1-3 years of experience as a Business AnalystCertified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred JustinBradley is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
