Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to provide consulting services to our clients, with expertise in people, process, and technology transformations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large scale projects, technological innovation, process improvement, and project management within a consulting environment. This role requires strategic leadership, business process acumen, and a strong executive presence and deep expertise in managing steering committees, building consensus, and driving results. The ideal candidate must have the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels. Key Responsibilities:Client Consulting: Serve as a business transformation consultant for client organizations, leading transformational change initiatives related to technology and process changes. Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans that ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging for clients, across various stakeholders and organizational levels. Business Analysis Integration: Apply business analysis expertise to align business initiatives with clients' processes, ensuring seamless integration of changes into their operations. Project Management: Build and maintain detailed project plans for clients, track milestones, and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of transformation initiatives. Executive Presence: Consult and engage with client executives, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on transformation initiatives and their strategic impact Status Reporting: Deliver comprehensive status updates, dashboards, and metrics to client executives, illustrating risks with mitigation plans, change readiness, adoption rates, and overall project success. Training and Support: Oversee the development of client training programs and support structures to ensure their employees are equipped to adopt new processes and technologies. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive alignment and support for transformation initiatives. Qualifications:Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting role focused on project management, business analysis, and communications for large-scale transformation projects. Consulting Expertise: Proven experience in delivering consulting services to clients, with a strong track record of managing large technology and process change initiatives. Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to integrate solutions with client business goals. Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, able to develop detailed project plans and manage multiple client workstreams while delivering comprehensive status reports. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting and executing client-facing communication strategies across various organizational levels. Executive Presence: Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to consult with and influence client leadership teams. Desired Skills:Experience leading business transformation initiatives for large technology implementations (ERP, CRM, etc.) within a consulting environment. Strong analytical mindset with experience in business analysis, process mapping, and change integration for client projects. Flexibility to adapt to client needs and right-sized solutions. Experience working with cross-functional client teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
