Now seeking a Brokerage Operations Associate for a fast-growing boutique wealth management firm in New York City. Our client provides investment management and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients. The Back Office Operations Specialist will be key in the operations group. This role is an additional hire to a growing team.Local candidates only; not open to relocation.ResponsibilitiesComplete daily brokerage operations tasks/workflows.Provide accurate and timely client support, including processing account paperwork and addressing client inquiries and problems.Process and follow up on account paperwork, set up client accounts, maintain client files and records, and generate appropriate statements and reporting.Address client inquiries and requests.Research and resolve problems.Complete cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests.Provide ongoing account maintenance and review of new and existing account activity.Support advisors, analysts, and fellow operations colleagues.Job Skills and AttributesBachelor's degree preferred.2-3+ years of operations experience in a financial services environment.Prior experience at a Custodian (i.e., Schwab, Fidelity) is a plus.Advanced Excel skills.CRM experience; Junxure Cloud/AdvisorEngine CRM experience is a plus.Benefits3% profit sharingAnnual bonusEmployer 401(k) contributionMedical, life & long-term disability insurance (100% company-paid for Employees)15 days of PTO5 Summer Fridays4 WFH holiday weeks10 flex WFH days5 sick daysCompany-paid employee developmentPre-tax-funded transit checksGym reimbursementStudent loan assistance program
