Hello Senior Product Manager! Join us.The SeniorProduct Manager shapes our product roadmap and is responsible for product planning, development, strategy, and the overall success of the product. He/She determines needs and wants, helps build the right product, and then devises go-to-market strategies. The Senior Product Manager prioritizes development tasks and ensures on time delivery. He/She analyzes data to identify opportunities and root cause issues while advocating for the product and aligning stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Vision: Define and drive product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives and customer needsRoadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances long-term strategy with immediate opportunitiesCross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless product development and launchCustomer Insights: Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to prioritize product features that maximize user valueGo-to-Market Excellence: Work with marketing and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and launch plans that resonate with target audiencesKPIs and Metrics: Establish and track product success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and iterationStakeholder Communication: Present updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignmentJob Qualifications:5+ years of product management experience with proven success in launching and managing consumer or enterprise productsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or Master's in a related field is a plus)Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholdersMust have an analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to product decisionsMust be user-centric and passionate about understanding customer problems and turning insights into impactful featuresMust possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiencesMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, iterating quickly based on user and market feedback.Compensation: Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
