We thrive on setting ambitious goals and delivering exceptional results.Position SummaryThe Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales will play a pivotal role in leading and growing Arrowhead's wholesale channel. This leader will leverage their expertise and existing connections within the tactical/firearms industry to drive revenue growth and expand Arrowhead's footprint across wholesale markets. Acting as an "intrapreneur," the EVP of Sales will take full ownership of this strategic initiative and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align the wholesale division with Arrowhead's broader growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy to support Arrowhead's aggressive revenue and market share growth goals. Arrowhead has already laid the foundation for wholesale success, with 6-figures in revenue generated. Relationship ManagementLeverage existing industry connections and create new ones to establish and nurture key partnerships with distributors, retailers, and influencers in the tactical/firearms sector.Revenue GrowthDrive sales to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring profitability and sustainability within the wholesale channel.Operational ExcellenceCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of wholesale activities.Team BuildingRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team capable of supporting the wholesale division's rapid growth.Brand AdvocacyServe as a representative of Arrowhead's mission and values, championing its innovative product line and commitment to quality.Qualifications and Knowledge:5+ years of sales leadership experience in the tactical or firearms industry, with proven wholesale channel success Extensive network within the tactical, firearms, and wholesale sectors to accelerate onboarding and deal-making. Candidate must have existing wholesale relationships that are relevant to Arrowhead.
