Credit Specialist

6-month contract This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $22.20/hour - $24.80/hourOptional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401KJob ResponsibilitiesCollection outreach to Nalco's customer base (Accounts Payable, Buyers, Accounting Manager's, Operations) to find out the reason for non-payment. (Collection outreach completed by email and phone, need strong phone skills)Internal outreach within Nalco's Sales organization, to inform and educate of the problem. (Outreach completed by phone and email)On a monthly basis, charge customer's credit cards in a monthly batch of invoices (around 1-2 days a month)Assist in escalating final demands and receiving communication back for processing (3rd party collections, dispute resolution)Preferred Skills:Experience in SAP (ERP system)Experience in GetPaid collection software systemConstruction collections/lien waiversQualifications:High School DiplomaCollections, Accounts Receivable, or related financial experience
