This role will focus on working with attendees to ensure an exceptional attendee experience for our Global Brands events. The Attendee Experience Manager will focus on onboarding and relationship management for all attendees before and during our events, and will be responsible for sending out communications and responding to questions with a customer first focus. This role will also focus on assisting attendees to complete each task as it relates to our meetings programs, including follow up via phone, text and email.The Attendee Experience Manager will work closely with the Retailer & Brands, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Tech teams. This position will report directly to the VP of Attendee Experience.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Be a champion for attendees and be the main point of contact leading up to and during our eventsRespond to attendee inquiries quickly and prioritize activities with attendees at all timesOnboard attendees once they are registered and assist them via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and textsPrepare support communications (email/phone/text) to send out to attendees, including copywriting throughout event cyclesSuggest and develop processes to help drive efficiencies and create frictionless user experiencesPartner with relevant departments, including retailers & brands, marketing, operations and sales, in order to ensure client success and seamless executionSupport attendees through the pre-event workflow to ensure they complete all tasks by the given deadlinesUnderstand timelines and each phase of the meetings programs to support attendees and any questionsAssist attendees in navigating platforms for meetings programsConduct audits of dataUse identified software and tools for record keepingProvide consistent and timely reporting of projects and meet identified deadlinesWHO YOU ARE:To be successful in this role, you must have/be:5-7 years of experience in customer experience, business development, account management and/or operations within the events, or retail industryBe passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiencesBe passionate about building an admired product and experience for the retail industryHave exceptional verbal and written communication skillsBe extremely well organized, detail and process orientedBe able to work efficiently in google sheets; ability to create pivot tables, carry out v-lookup and basic formulas for data manipulation and analysisHave strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracyBe able to run a process, and manage that process to successBe smart and a quick learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environmentA self-starter who is proactive, independent, flexible, and accommodatingAgile and ability to multi-task- everyday is not the same and have the ability to pivot and prioritize different projectsHave the ability to manage time and resources optimallyHave strong problem-solving and follow-up skillsMust be willing to commute 3 days per week to NYC offices as neededCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000 based on experienceThis position will be eligible for a competitive bonus structureFull medical, dental, vision package to fit your needsRetirement plan with company match (401K)Competitive vacation policyHybrid Work
