Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate along with the day to day responsibilities in the role:Required SkillsBachelor of Science in Engineering (Industry, Manufacturing, or Management) or Bachelor of FinanceKnowledge of costs/benefit implications of products and servicesBilingual (English and Korean)Skilled in mathematics with strong analytical skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), specifically the support and review daily/weekly production closingDesired Skills:Automotive Manufacturing Industry ExperienceBattery Manufacturing Industry ExperienceDay to Day:This individual will be working amongst the CPO staff and cross functionally with other departments to ensure efficient management and timely resolution of high-risk events and accompanying issues through clear, concise, effective, and timely communication. Which includes schedule, scope, financial and status management.Some of the key responsibilities of this individual on a given day are detailed below:Support and review daily/weekly production closing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Assist to review of MES-ERP physical consistency at weekly/monthly closingImprove and process issues related to production closingReport for summary of yield and defect details by detailed processPrepare for summary of operation rate and non-operation time by detailed processCollect number of personnel/working hours for each detailed processCollect equipment operation time for each detailed processCollect utilities (electricity/gas/water) usage by detailed processManage excess and deficiency for monthly control budget within department and record keeping for the historyCoordinate between department for budget and processOversee and manage the master plan, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelinesMaintain and regularly update the open issues listProvide dedicated support to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and enhancing productivityCoordinate meeting arrangements to facilitate effective communication and decision-makingCompensationup to 80kExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
