Account Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, must be able to stay late (until 5:00pm - 5:30pm) and work some Saturday's depending on operational needs.Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00, depending on experience.Job Functions· Use computers to aid in clerical functions· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask· Prepare outbound paperwork and invoicing· Scan and file documents· Research OS&Ds reported by the customer· Audit outbound order accuracy· Become efficient in various warehousing systems including SAP· General clerical functions associated with a distribution environment· Correspond daily with multiple customers via phone and email in professional manner.· High attention to detail· Other tasks as assignedExperience· Prior experience working in a 3PL distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.· Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products - SAP Experience preferred
