Executive Assistant to the CEOA boutique, preeminent consulting firm for private equity firms is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to support their esteemed CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, very responsive "right hand" to the CEO, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized.Salary based on experience: $110-130k base + discretionary bonus, fully paid benefits, 401k with company contribution, plus strong PTOHours: 8/8:15am - 5:15/5:30pm - with flexibilityHybrid3 days/week in office, 2 remote in Midtown West NYC (near Penn Station)ResponsibilitiesAssist the CEO in all regards, enhancing the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness in every way possible including:Scheduling and calendar management: Ensure that CEO's schedule is optimized and provide CEO with briefing materials in advance of meetingsCorrespondence: Monitor CEO's in- and out-bound correspondence to ensure that the most important matters are attended to in a timely mannerDocuments: Draft, process, edit, and proofread executive-level documents, presentations, and materials. Word and PowerPoint, primarily.Special projectsOversee personal travel arrangements.Ad hoc support of senior team and work environment: Provide frequent and willing assistance to other members of the team as requested by CEO and Assist in organizing office and files, helping to maintain an inviting and professional work environment for our team and for visitorsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent7+ years of professional work experienceAccountable: Remains aware of, and always seeks to live up to, the expectations of the role and commitments he/she has made, without need of reminding.Willingness and ability to doggedly pursue the daily responsibilities of the positionDemonstrated strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail/accuracyImpeccable communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with high-level executives and clientsStrong time management and prioritization skills.
