Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager & Scrum Master for a large national financial company, to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, managing project workflows, and driving process improvements to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a focus on user experience.This is a hybrid 3 days per week in office position. Candidates must be located in Mclean, Richmond, NYC, Plano, or Chicago to be considered for this role. The pay range for this role is between $60-$66hr.Key Responsibilities:Own triage of intake requests and maintain the intake form.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Support data migration and management activities.Utilize tools such as SQL, Google Workspace, App Scripting, and Snowflake for data handling and automation.Contribute to workflow and process automation initiatives.Assist in creating and maintaining documentation.Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback.Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement user-friendly solutions that align with business goals.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).Visualize data effectively using charts, graphs, and other visual elements.Communicate insights from reports and dashboards to stakeholders to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research and testing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.Proven experience in product management with a focus on user experience.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.Experience with database systems and database management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus.Proven ability to lead Agile projects and teams.Experience with process optimization and automation.Familiarity with SQL, Google Workspace, scripting, and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).Experience with data analysis tools and creating clear, insightful reports and dashboards.Additional Information:This is a contract position with an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact legal technology team.Must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with change in a dynamic environment.Hybrid work model: Candidates must be based in Chicago, IL or Richmond, VA with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday (remote work on Monday and Friday).If you are ready to take on challenges and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
