Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are thrilled to partner with an innovative startup on a mission to transform the deal desk and redefine sales efficiency. They are looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer, who has a background working with search functions/capabilities, to help automate and streamline RFP and security processes.You won't need to build GenAI models from the ground up, rather apply GenAI to enhance their search capabilities by improving accuracy, semantic searches and indexing. Pull data from multiple systems into a more accessible format for sales representatives and improving workflows from there. Applied AI/GenAI would be a huge plus, although not required.Key Responsibilities:Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge ML models focused on Generative AI and NLP.Workflow Automation: Automate and optimize sales processes using innovative AI techniques.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain scalable end-to-end ML pipelines to support growth.Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions.Ideal Candidate:Experience: 4+ years of machine learning engineering experience with a specialization in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, AWS/GCP, and MLOps practices.Scalability Expertise: Skilled in deploying scalable AI solutions for large datasets.Problem Solver: A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.Location: Remote (New York office available)Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 + Bonus, Medical, Dental, 401kOscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
