We are looking for an energetic and eager Account Coordinator to join our Brand Experiences team, where you will help bring to life memorable events for our amazing clients within the fast-paced beverage industry.REQUIREMENT SUMMARY:Must have existing work experience with a creative/marketing agency (internships are included)Must showcase an interest in events and brand activationsMust showcase strong project management and organizational skillsMust be willing to travel and work on-site (approximately 10-15% travel)Must be excited to learn a lot. We value building relationships, and as an independently owned-agency, we are proud to offer an informed and honest voice at every table or bar.IS THIS YOU?A motivated go-getter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Someone who can manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.A quick, agile thinker who is calm under pressure and has a solutions-oriented mindset.Someone that has a keen interest in drinks.Someone who wants to help BUILD an agency, not just work at one.AS A BRAND EXPERIENCE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR AT SIDECAR, YOU WILL...Support Brand Experience account teams in client servicing, including day-to-day communications with clients and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.Coordinate event activation logistics such as vendor management, scheduling, asset sourcing, inventory management, and on-site event support.Work alongside Design teams to develop necessary event assets through brief writing, creative reviews, and production management.Assist with administrative support such as building status reports, taking meeting notes, and updating run-of-shows and production decks.Be the gatekeeper of quality work, ensuring all creative ideas and execution touch points are on brief and meet the agency's standard of excellence. Travel to help execute live events as a key point person on-site. You will help oversee vendors and staff, ensure all event aspects are executed thoughtfully and with attention to detail, and be a cool and calm presence for our clients. Approximately 10-15% of potential event travel throughout the year.Applicants must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. This job has some physical requirements, including carrying and lifting boxes, reaching overhead, bending down, and frequent standing and walking during event load-ins, executions, and load-outs.YOU MUST HAVE...1-2 years of work experience at a creative or marketing agency.Familiarity with the beverage industry is a plus, but a passion for creative events and brand experiences is essential.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across different projects while maintaining a team-player mentality. An eye for design - comfortable working with designers to achieve excellence and have the ability to visualize and implement the premium aesthetic of our clients.
