In order to be successful in this role, individuals must be able to think quickly in a fast-paced and competitive team environment where your hard work will generate results. We are seeking someone who is sales-driven, ambitious in pursuit of new opportunities to grow business, and that has a high-level of customer service acumen.What does the position require?Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients through industry-leading technologyFunction as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receiversDevelop long-term relationships with customers by providing first-in-class customer serviceManage movement of the client's goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported safely and delivered on time to the client's expectationsUsing industry-leading technology to provide market competitive pricing for customer shipmentsCollaborate with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisionsInterested candidates must exercise flexibility with their work schedule; there will be the need to participate in an on-call/after hours rotation with your team and there may be special projects, customer needs, or responsibilities that extend into evening hours, weekends, or before the start of a given business day.Have fun!
