Assistant Textile / CAD Designer

We are looking for an Associate Textile / CAD Designer for a top fashion company in NYC. This is a temp to perm position and operates on a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite and 2 remote days per week.Responsibilities:Assist with the design and execution of engineering printsIllustrate art and apply to layout with multiple colorways, color separations and repeat artworkCreate production ready artworkUse Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare, modify, and resize artworkAssist in preparing, modifying, and creating production/marketing assetsQualifications:Background in print and pattern3+ years of print and pattern/graphic design experience in retailMust have a portfolioStrong eye for color and colorways with the ability to match colors accuratelyProficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopPositive team player and collaborator who enjoys working with various team members to execute cross-functional strategiesThe Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
