This role is open to Milpitas, CA & Austin, TX locationsThe Vice President (VP) of Delivery plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of technology and solutions within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. Direct delivery resources of QTC practice that can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a delivery: people management, solution & customer success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver Solution and Implementation Strategies for Enterprise CPQ, CLM, Billing Implementations.Successfully Manage and deliver projects for QTC applications configured with Conga CPQ, CLM and Billing and Salesforce CPQ and BillingBuilding a sustainable practice for advising best practices to customers and implementation of Quote to Cash projects that caters to Conga and Salesforce QTC systems.Enabling New Systems/Tools in Quote to Cash Business Process and Build and mentor teams to execute the Quote to Cash projects on the new toolsUse Industry expertise and a deep understanding of Quote to Cash business and system processes to maximize automation and process effectivenessLead a team of global business analysts, project managers, scrum masters, solutions architects, technical architects, configuration engineers and quality assurance analysts to ensure that agile development teams are delivering on customer and business needsReview project plans, functional specifications and design documents to create associated test strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria and implementation timelinesExceptional business and financial acumen. Proven coach to others in developing business cases. Strong enterprise mindset. Strong understanding of hi-tech, manufacturing and healthcare industry verticalsTravel as required by the businessLeadershipLead and align an organization with diverse technical disciplines and global reach; experience developing/realizing a vision and multi-year strategies.Passion for developing talent and a culture of innovation, collaboration and engagement. Salesforce Admin & Sales CloudSpecificationsAround 12 years of experience in Program management with experience in customer relation and business development in a leadership roleMinimum of 10+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM/Oracle experienceExposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and information flows preferredStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skillsProficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as product management framework.Extensive experience in risk management, with a track record of identifying and mitigating project risks.Strong Decision making skills with ability to analyse complex information and make sound judgement.Strong Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on Strategic goals.Demonstrated thought leadership in project delivery, with a track record of driving innovation, influencing industry trends and shaping organisational strategy.Ideal Profile: Candidates who possess a strong foundation in technology, having progressed through roles such as Developer, Analyst, Architect, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager within the CRM or ERP domain, advancing to Director or Senior Director-level positions.Learn more at
