PRIMARY Responsibilities:Manage and document program's CDRL and deliverable processes, including supervision for all TOsManage and process program level and Land TO CDRLs and deliverablesManage and document program's software approval processes (SWAP/SPOCC), including supervision for all TOsManage and process program level and Land TO software approval requests (SWAP/SPOCC)Manage and monitor Technical Library on customer network, which is used for delivery of CDRLs to customer and storage of technical documentationAdminister program's SharePoint sites on multiple networksDocument CM Team's processes and procedures or ensure that CM Team's processes and procedures are documented, as well as program-level documentation a Chantilly s directedReview CM Team's documentation, as well as program-level documentation as directedSupport Procurement TO as needed, including submission and tracking of tickets in multiple systems on customer networks, relaying communications on customer networks, and reviewing Procurement TO CDRLsServe as emergency backup data transfer officer for programProvide audit responses for CM-centric Leidos Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) audits and address findingsAbility to lead and monitor DTO requestsSelect, transfer and load items from one security or network domain to another security or network domainTransfer selected items and load to the correct location on the server, ensuring indexes, metadata and other supporting information is updated as neededDocument transfer and perform quality assurance for all items transferredEnsure appropriate records of data and information transferred are created and maintainedSupport CM or program special projects as directedBASIC Qualifications:4-8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2-6 years' experience with a Master's degree, or 9 years' experience with an Associates' degree, or 10 years' experience with a High School/General Education Development diploma.TS/SCI clearanceExperience working in an AGILE environmentExperience in managing development and delivery of multiple overlapping ReleasesFamiliarity with Risk and Issue ManagementExperience establishing goals and plans that meet project objectivesTrack record of working effectively within a team, and support to peers toward improved processes and resultsOrganizational Skills: Can plan and prioritize work. Follows tasks to their logical conclusion and makes sure that everything has been done to the right standard. Good attention to detail.Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context.Proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contracts we support.Pay range: 130k-145
