Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the marketing initiatives of Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions. The position will play a key role in developing and implementing a consistent and compliant marketing strategy for wholesale sales. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote mortgage products and services to current and prospective customers.Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing approaches.Partner with sales managers and leadership team to identify marketing and advertising opportunities.Oversee content creation, including webinars, podcasts, social media, emails, program flyers, and other materials.Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).Manage administration, support, and execution of email campaigns via Pardot.Track and analyze multi-channel campaign performance.Monitor, review and measure ROI to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.Provide regular reports on campaign performance.Manage the third-party vendor relationships for the marketing department.Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experience.Strong expertise in digital marketing and content marketing.Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, Pardot and social media platforms.Strong working knowledge of marketing, advertising, creative design and electronic & print production.Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts of various departments and teams to deliver results.Excellent customer service, written/verbal communication and time management skills required.Requires strategic thinking, creativity, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality.Demonstrated independent judgment and decision-making ability.
