The Windsor Brand team is seeking a Director, Brand Marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement through events, activations, content and other brand oriented programs. The Director of Brand Marketing will creatively ideate and execute against various initiatives that will help create buzz and drive conversation through real life experiences and by being a champion of Windsor. This position will also lead the retail marketing team managing all local and mall marketing efforts for our stores across the nation. Key ResponsibilitiesProvides inspiration and vision for Windsor brand that resonates with our customerCreate inspirational story telling and manage an annual content calendar in partnership with Site Merchandising and Marketing.Leads the planning and creative and development of impactful online marketing campaigns across multiple digital and printed channels with the Design lead and in partnership with the Performance team.Responsible for ideation and leadership of brand partnerships, product collaborations, experiential marketing programs and activations that create buzz, dive engagement and build brand love.Manages the Retail and Marketing team supporting the field with all store related marketing activities including Mall Marketing, Grassroots Initiatives, Openings, local activations etc.Leads, inspires and develops the brand marketing team and collaborates across all marketing functions while simultaneously working independently on developing future brand projectsCreate an activation strategy for key events throughout the year, activating our customer base and attracting new customers. Work with internal and external stakeholders to evolve and define brand guidelines that reflect our values and ensure proper brand messaging and creativity to deploy and align across channels.Establish strong relationships and partnerships with the store leadership team and store managers across the US and CanadaEnsures our stores receive strong support across all touchpoints and that local marketing opportunities are fully executedEstablish strong relationships and partnerships with internal teams (Creative, Performance, Social, Production, PR, etc.) to ensure clear communication and coordination during collaborative campaigns and other marketing effortsCollaborate with other senior leaders across the company to ensure all marketing initiatives and deliverables adhere to the branding guidelinesMonitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insight to key leaders.Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing.Key Qualifications & RequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in a brand marketing or related roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or a similar fieldStrong background in brand marketing project management processesExperience with creative strategy and brand presenceExperience reporting on brand metrics and top of funnel performancePro-active problem-solver who can work independentlyExperience with leading a (partially remote) team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and leading influencer and editor events, developing content and managing PR.Hands-on experience with marketing tools, including but not limited to Microsoft OfficeFluency in marketing channel metrics and quantitative and qualitative consumer researchExcellent written and verbal communication, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skillsDynamic leadership capabilities that inspire, motivate and develop teams.Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work.
