NYC-based hedge fund is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant who will be assisting the Chief Operating Officer and Office Manager. The ideal candidate is a meticulous, resourceful, effective communicator with the ability to work well in a high paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage tasks. Time management, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential to this role. Responsibilities•Meet and greet investors and guests•Assist with office management and office maintenance (including stocking, ordering, inventory, invoice reconciliation, etc.)•Assist Office Manager with budget management•Manage catering and office events•Maintain conference room calendar•Mange office relationship for other office locations•Book travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportation•Scheduling meetings and conferences •Calendar management and phone supportQualifications:•Bachelor's degree required•0-2 years of experience with executive support or office management•Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) and Zoom required•Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure•Outstanding communication and organizational skills•Trustworthy and maturity to maintain confidential information•Self-starter with team player attitude, who can multi-task and work well independently in a fast-paced environment
