JRN: 1898We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of an international technology company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, cross-cultural communication expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Japanese and have significant experience supporting C-suite executives.Requirements:7+ years of experience in executive-level administrative roles, with prior C-suite support required.Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written) is mandatory.Background in the technology sector; experience with AI is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the COO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.Collaborate with the COO's Executive Assistant counterpart based in Japan.Manage intricate calendars, prioritize meeting schedules, and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, especially for frequent international travel.Act as the primary liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations.Organize and oversee logistics for meetings and events, ensuring flawless execution.Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a proactive approach.Assist with special projects, including those related to technology and AI.Schedule:Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (San Mateo HQ or downtown San Francisco office) and 2 days remote.Flexibility to work in-office when required based on business needs.Compensation:$120,000 per year, with benefitsLocation:Bay Area, CACandidates must be based in the Bay Area or available to relocate.
