Our client, a telemedicine company, is looking for a freelance Paid Social Copywriter with a background in healthcare marketing for a long-term remote contract. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-performing copy for paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing principles and how to optimize content for social platforms to drive engagement and conversions. You will work closely with an Art Director partner to brainstorm, concept, and generate creative ideas that align with client goals and brand guidelines. This collaborative role requires a creative thinker who can balance storytelling with data-driven decision-making to deliver results. This is a remote role working any US time zone.Responsibilities:Develop persuasive and engaging copy for paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance marketing strategies.Collaborate with an Art Director partner to concept and execute creative ideas tailored for social media platforms.Optimize copy for different stages of the marketing funnel, focusing on both brand awareness and direct response.Conduct research on healthcare industry trends and audience insights to inform messaging strategies.Work closely with media and strategy teams to align copy with targeting strategies and campaign objectives.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content themes.Write copy variations for A/B testing to continuously improve performance and engagement.Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory standards within the healthcare space.Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a copywriter, with a focus on paid social media and performance marketing.Proven experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of its regulatory environment.Strong portfolio showcasing paid social campaigns with measurable success.Ability to collaborate effectively with Art Directors and cross-functional teams.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.Familiarity with social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok ad formats.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
