Project Manager - B2BLocation: Remote (preference for candidate that can come on-site to Redmond, Wa)Duration: 1/20/25 - 6/30/25Pay Range: $45/hr - $55/hrTypical Day in the Role• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is supporting operations for a marketing team working on global paid campaigns. This team focuses on paid lead generations (Lead Gen), supporting various channels, and socials. The team is in charge of setting up campaigns and ensure Lead Gen campaign and related data is ingested into downstream platforms well. The team works end to end, runs various reports, and ensures everything is functioning properly.• Key projects: This role will contribute to operations support for this team. The Team gets thousands of lines of content, close to 90 different markets. The role will help review this data before trafficking and sending content to agencies to action. The position will use existing documentation to validate content that this team will help with, as well as do some end to end testing for socials and Quality Assurance of data when delivering data into Marketo. Another component of the role includes measurement and monitoring, which include some analyst-based tasks such as analyzing reporting and deriving insights to inform future decisions made. The role will also support Weekly Status Tracker Updates, help with meeting recaps, schedule building, and reviewing documentation.• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of various activities day to day, light on meetings but the role will meet with some external agency partners weekly around 4-5 a week, as well as some internal meetings. 10-15% meetings at most, 40-50% trafficking, the remainder fluctuates between analysis and trafficking based on the time of quarter.Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition• What makes this role interesting? - This role provides the opportunity to work on a team that doesn't focus on a single product, instead working on a wide variety of products.• Unique Selling Points: The role will provide exposure to a lot of different types of campaigns and offerings which can be very unique in a large tech company, with provide exposure across 3-5 internal and external teams that are very cross functional and have a high visibility.Candidate Requirements• Years of Experience Required: 3-4 overall years of experience in the field.• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, however a bachelor's degree is preferred.• Disqualifiers: None• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain significant previous experience with B2B lead generation.• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on their ability to meet deadlines and perform according to the job description, and will be assessed with regular check-ins.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience with data analysis in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc.)Minimum 3 years experience with program management and facilitating projects for a marketing team.Minimum 3 years experience with Lead Generation, preferably in B2B marketing.Key Functions• Drives project management ROB, builds structure, and adds rigor to PM processes as needed.• Initiates & identifies their own opportunities to drive efficiencies.• Learns & executes social trafficking, QA and testing processes on LinkedIn and FB.• Exports weekly reports & shares them across appropriate teams• Drives projects forward through detailed notes and documentation, tracking of key actions and project needs (types of projects - localization, automation, etc.)Background:• Experience with B2B digital media preferred, but not required.• Experience with multiple inquisitive stakeholders with high expectations.• Strong media mindset, understanding of audience and targeting, channels, budgets, and acquisition/syndication partner complexities.• Experience with execution and finalizing key deliverables, confidence in assessing requests against SLAs.• Self-starter with ability to balance multiple projects and time-sensitive deliverables.• Proficiency in key functions of excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Index, formatting, data processing/normalization, etc.).
