Job Title: Global Marketing Specialist, EventsLocation: Fully Remote Role- Pacific or Mountain Time PreferredDuration: 06+ Months Contract with Possible ExtensionPay Range: $38- $40 Per hour on W2Role Located in: Remote; Pacific or Mountain Time PreferredJob Purpose:• Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented events specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of our Global Roadshows across our AMER, EMEA and APJ Regional Marketing teams. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful event series that drive engagement and pipeline growth. From global event coordination to digital programs and performance reporting, you'll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and marketing success.Responsibilities:Program Planning and Execution: Collaborate with regional marketing teams across the globe to plan and execute high-impact events, both virtual and in-person, for prospects and current customers. Support global promotion by launching multi-channel ads across paid, social, organic, email and more.Operational Support: Assist with Salesforce campaign creation, registration page builds, budget and contract management, virtual event management, and marketing calendar updates.Team Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between Global Programs and Regional Marketing teams. Ensure seamless internal communications and alignment across teams for program success.Project Management: Partner with internal teams and external resources to support the creation of high-quality event-series assets, including email copy and sequences, targeted offers, and marketing materials.Performance Reporting: Track and analyze channel performance, event and program ROI, and marketing funnel health. Provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of events.Required Qualifications:• 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing; experience in an enterprise-level company is a plus.• Familiarity with collaboration, marketing, and sales tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Salesforce, Splash, Marketo, and Asana.• Analytical mindset with strong data analysis and reporting skills.• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.• Strong attention to detail, particularly in writing and editing content.• Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and project management abilities.• Willingness to travel as needed.
