We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead complex municipal and commercial construction projects. Ensure optimal coordination between team members, clients, and stakeholders.Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that client expectations are met regarding quality, timelines, and budget.Contract Management: Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on schedule, cost, and quality.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including municipal codes, environmental standards, and safety requirements.Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies for enhancing project execution, quality control, and safety protocols to optimize future project success.Growth Path: Opportunity for career development toward an operations leadership role with increased responsibility in company-wide operational management.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
