Senior Finance Manager/Finance Director - Consumer SaaS - NYC - HybridA rapidly-growing omnichannel brand that's exploded onto the scene due to their proprietary technology is looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Director to join their team. This newly created role will lead a blend of FP&A and Strategic Finance initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will take full ownership of the operating model, strategic planning, and all aspects of FP&A.The company office is in New York City and is operating on a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in the office per week.Responsibilities:Assume responsibility for FP&A and strategic financial planning while acting as a strategic advisor to all business leadersSustain growth via strategic finance, providing analytical insight, pricing analysis, product-road mapping, user acquisition, and revenue maximization through capital allocationDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to provide comprehensive analytics and transparency throughout the organizationLead due diligence, modeling, and relating analysis leading up to investor meetings and future capital raisesPrepare and present information for quarterly meetings with the Board and investorsDevelop financial models to assess M&A opportunities and conduct/coordinate financial diligence of potential transactionsRequirements:6+ years of corporate finance experience, ideally with a foundation in investment bankingExperience offering informed financial strategy decisions through a consulting, IB, or investor relations related roleProficient in working with all financial statements, forecasting, and budget planningStrong proficiency in working cross-departmentally and assisting with all areas across an organizationSalary: $150,000-220,000 + EquityThe above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: acook@If you are not interested in this specific opportunity, but know of someone who might be, please share this ad with that individual.
