Construction Project Manager

Our client is a growing general contractor in the Green Bay area that specializes in both commercial and industrial projects. They're looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join their team to work on $10+ million projects.What You'll Do:Lead and oversee project activities, coordinating with Project Superintendent, Project Engineer, and subcontractors as needed.Work on exciting local projects in the industrial construction spaceManage submittals, shop drawings, and material/equipment deliveries.Coordinate drawing revisions and Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction.Handle cost control, subcontractor, and owner change orders effectively.What You'll Need:5+ years of experience in the industrial construction industry.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications, drawings, and contracts.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Generous PTO, including holidays and vacation days.Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
