Job DescriptionSeeking to a Special Education Teacher who is certified for an Adapted Curriculum classroom (Extend).Full-time / 7.5-hours per dayOnsite onlyElementary studentsKindergarten to Fifth (5th) graders. Resource classroom.Classroom has a full-time Teacher's Assistant (TA).The caseload is between 10 -12 students.Disabilities are mild to moderate.Contract Assignment ends on 05/22/2024.Able to evaluate, prepare, and participate in IEP meetings.Canvas and/or Chromebooks experience is preferred. Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Special Education from an accredited college or university.Professional Educator's licensure from the N.C.
