We are currently hiring an Executive Recruiter for Consulting Division! About Madison Davis:Madison-Davis is a leading executive search and temporary staffing firm specializing in financial services and technology. Founded in 1982, we've worked with more than 1,000 companies across the financial services, healthcare, technology, consumer, and industrial sectors.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Source, engage and submit exceptional talent to full-time, consulting, and temp to permanent positions• Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience• Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews• Conduct comprehensive reference checks• Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placementsJob Requirements:• Bachelor's degree• 3+ years of proven experience as an agency focusing on consulting/contract roles• Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed• Account Management skills are a plus• Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills• Proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
