The Opportunity:Join our team as the Senior Retail Manager for Spa & Boutique a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive innovation and growth across multiple luxury spa and retail locations. In this high-impact position, you'll shape strategy, steer revenue growth, and inspire teams to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We're looking for someone with a passion for the luxury beauty market and a proven ability to elevate brand performance, set ambitious goals, and turn ideas into results.What you'll get to do:Sales and Revenue GrowthDevelop and launch forward-thinking sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and unlock growth potentialUse data-driven insights to enhance performance across key KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, average spend, and product performance) and apply test-and-learn approaches to refine strategiesDrive new growth and profitability initiatives, including launching new products and implementing upselling tacticsTeam Leadership and DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor spa managers and retail staff, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in brand excellenceConduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and development opportunities that inspire and elevate team potentialFoster a collaborative, high-energy environment that champions teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement across all locationsClient ExperienceLead and shape client experience initiatives, from exclusive clienteling and personalized services to high-profile eventsDevelop customer loyalty strategies that use data insights to personalize experiences and maximize lifetime valuePartner with spa managers to identify new client acquisition opportunities and create retention strategies that build enduring client relationshipsNew and Existing Business DevelopmentAct as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with local clientele and enhancing brand presence through community engagement, partnerships, and exclusive eventsEnsure brand image and positioning are consistently represented across all locations, maintaining exceptional standards in visual merchandising, promotions, and client interactionsCollaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional campaigns and events that resonate within the luxury marketInnovation and Continuous ImprovementCultivate a culture of innovation, inspiring teams to explore fresh ideas and approaches that enhance the client experience and streamline operationsStay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices to reinforce the brand's leadership position in the luxury marketWe'd love to meet you if you have:8+ years in retail management with expertise in multi-unit leadership across diverse marketsProven project management experience with a track record of successful partnershipsA sharp creative eye, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commercial sense.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to travel between each Spa & Boutique located in NYC, Miami, Dallas, and LAPassion and experience in the luxury retail and beauty space, with a collaborative mindset and experience managing global relationshipsA forward-looking understanding of retail trends and best practices, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvementAs required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000.00 - $140,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
