Title: Customer Center SpecialistLocation: Renton, WA (Onsite 5 days per weekDuration: 6-months (poss. Conversion)Pay Rate: $20/hr-$22/hrMust-Haves:1-2 years of experience in a professional customer service roleExceptional customer service skills with proven ability to deal rationally with customers in difficult situationsExcellent communication skillsStrong PC capabilitiesGood organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritizeSelf-starter who is effective in working under limited supervisionAbility to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends, and/or holidaysPlusses: Bilingual (Spanish, French or Punjabi) a plus but not requiredReasonable mechanical aptitude (specific truck knowledge desirable but not required)Bachelor's degree or actively pursuingExperience with SalesForce or other CRM experience desiredResponsibilities:Research vehicles that are eligible for prognostic servicesContact owners, fleets, and dealer to determine the best course of actionDetermine and deploy the appropriate service resourcesMonitor job progress and provide timely updates to our customersDocument details of each activity associated with each incidentCommunicate effectively with various team members simultaneously to ensure that the appropriate actions are being pursued on behalf of the customerProvide non-emergency service scheduling for trucksBenefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
