A music production company, located in the heart of Little Saigon, is currently seeking 2 Part -time Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team!1 English/Vietnamese billingual 1 English/Spanish billingualJob SummaryAs a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by delivering exceptional customer service and boosting sales in our retail store. You will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, understand their needs and provide recommendations for our music products and services. This is a learning role, where you will be working with team members and proactively building skills and strategies to maximize sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations and purchasesProcess transactions accurately using our point-o-sale systemMeet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sucess of the storeCollaborate with the team to develop strategic sales palns, ensure invetory levels are well-maintained and a smooth transition form the sales process to project execution.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide recommendation to customersMaintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environmentRequirementsBilingual in English and Vietnamese or Spanish is a MUSTHigh School Diploma and some coursework, preferably in Business, Sales, MarketingPrevious sales experience, preferably in the Vietnamese music or entertainment industryStrong passion for Vietnamese musicExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationshipAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentComputer skills proficiencyApplication Process: Join our team and be part of a dynamic company that nurtures talent, celebrates diversity and support Vietnamese music industry.
