Renowned for their expertise in large-scale commercial and multi-family projects ranging from $50 million to $300 million, they are seeking a skilled MEP Superintendent to join their team.You will initially be assigned to a large-scale mixed-use commercial project in West Palm Beach, where your expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems will ensure the successful delivery of this high-profile project.Why Join Us?Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.Exciting Projects: Work on high-value, impactful developments.Professional Growth: Join a company committed to excellence and career development.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all MEP aspects of the project, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of systems.Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.Manage schedules and budgets related to MEP scopes of work.Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems in a timely and effective manner.Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors and ensure all work adheres to local codes and regulations.Requirements:Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multi-family construction projects.Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent).OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
