We are seeking a Executive Assistant to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Rockville, MD. This is an on-site position. This is a part-time, long-term contract position which offers:Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit packagePaid leave (min 120 hours) as well as 11 paid federal holidays and 401K plan.Access to NIH's unparalleled resources and niche scientific initiatives.Learn more about what Kelly can do for you at facilitate and coordinate all aspects of calendars, ethics approvals, purchase request processing, logistics, correspondence, and special projects in the Office of the Division DirectorHandle all aspects of travel planning and processing for domestic, international, sponsored, and local travel, including scheduling, reimbursements, vouchers, and last-minute changesSchedule and provide logistical support for meetings, retreats, video conferencing support; arrange travel, lodging, logistics, and interview schedule for candidates for new positionsPlan agendas and arrange all logistics for meetings with Division senior leadership and scientific staffPrepare executive briefing documents, as requested by Division senior leadershipProactively engage in long-term strategic planning for future needs in support of Division leadershipCoordinate time, space, and financial resources of the DivisionFacilitate orientation and on-boarding of new Division staff; initiate training of new administrative staff in systems and processesCommunicate directly and effectively with the leadership, Program Officers and Senior NIH officials, including the NIH Office of the DirectorAssist in task related to meeting minutes/summary reports, meeting coordination, expense reconciliation, project management/planning, timekeeping, fellowship program management - website content management, executive level support, and outreach ActivitiesREQUIREMENTSBachelor's DegreeMinimum 5 years of administrative and executive support experience
