Position: Executive Assistant to CEOLocation: Kennewick Office/RemoteType: Full-timeReports to: CEOJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QuickBooks Online, advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel, and the ability to manage reporting and administrative tasks with precision. This role requires a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and can anticipate the needs of the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management:Manage QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and data researchGenerate detailed financial reports and insights for the CEO to support decision-making.Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.Administrative Support:Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.Data Analysis & Reporting:Create and maintain advanced reports using Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Provide regular updates to the CEO with actionable insights.Project Coordination:Assist with the execution of high-priority projects and ensure timely completion.Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
